The word "Ripa" has deep roots in the culture of the Gargano. It literally means "cliff" and draws its origins from the area in which we find ourselves, a majestic rock that falls overhanging the sea, creating a breathtaking natural panorama.
And this is where La Ripa Restaurant stands, an ancient 15th century convents, managed for over 20 years by Anna and her two very young sons Andrea and Marcello, who take care of the cuisine with passion.

The Menu offers Apulian flavors and aromas that blend with flashes of the Middle East, Asia and even Africa and create a World Food Tour experience.
The Menu tells the experiences of travel and people known during the life of Chef Andrea Miacola.
